Hello. I am testing the SP328E controllers I bought with each other. The instructions indicate that frame synchronization is automatic. However, after grouping 2 controllers and then running the night lake program, identical length LED strips are 1 or 2 pixels off from each other. How do I get the controllers to have "frame synchronization"? This is why I bought this specific controller. It was the only one with mesh "frame synchronization" capabilities. How do I email tech support??

I've used a LOT of LED Bluetooth controllers and apps, and frankly, the BalanX app is by far the best. It offers features others don't, and at least with the hardware I've used, it's had the most reliable / stable connection. My only complaint is the limitation on how many patterns you can favourite, and no way to save DIY patterns to a list, so you either have to keep the same ones on there or make them manually if you want to change colours on say, a strobe.

Here are a list of things that need to be fixed. Using controllers Sp530e. 1. Wifi connectivity with the controller needs to be more stable. 2. Not compatible with smarthings. 3. RGBW lights. The setting for white overrides the color settings. 4. Glitchy! With Google home assistant and alexa. 5. We need to be able to group more than 5 controllers. 6. We need to be able to rename devices more than 10 characters. I have a couple of more complaints. Please fix these 6 problems for now.
