Overall, great app. I was easily able to place an order my first time using it and it was a rather complex order. It saved me a lot of time. Couple of problems I raised with support: - No order history via app - When ordering any bowl, there was no option for adding $2.00 double veggies when 'No Carb' was selected. I will say that Tokyo Joe's "convenience fee" is lame and is something I would expect from a bureaucracy like the DMV. Regardless of web development and maintenance costs for this app, the amount of time saved from removing the employee's job of having to take, input, and complete transaction of my order (vs me doing it via the app) should more than cover the cost difference of providing a web service.
Payment Anyone know how to delete credit card info off this app. My order was wrong even after the right one was confirmed but I'd want to delete info before deleting app
Bad for my wallet... I love sushi, this app makes it so I can order and walk over from my office. Tokyo Joe's is getting a lot of my money because of this. Awesome app easy to use.
The texas locations don't even come up on the app Where are the Texas locations on the app... Why won't they come up?
Authentication Errors I have installed and Uninstalled this app twice. I still keep getting authentication error message.
Takes 5 minutes to even enter their system Doesn't work as a true "line skipping" app, the hang time is not worth it
