Doesn't track consistently with gps. Loses your data while you are working out (force closes).
GPS tracking is always spot on even if you just barely move! I like its organization and display! use 3 times weekly and no problems!
Use it for distance running. I live out in the country, Google doesn't even map my address but GPS works great and accurate. Love the run updates.
Not as accurate as I'd hoped. Difficult to compare exactly the same jog from one day to the next.
Useless on Galaxy phones This is a great app. I used to rate it as a 5 star app, in fact. But it doesn't share info to the web if you have a Galaxy phone (like my Nexus or like an S3). And without that feature, its really not all that useful. I'll try back when I upgrade my phone in a year, but for now I am considering even 3 stars somewhat charitable.
Promising app Nice UI, clean and simple just as you want it when running. But i am amazed how few runner apps that have lap time, a basic future in any cheep runners watch. Anyhow my HTC Hero's GPS is not of the precision to accurately measure serious run training. But if you want to approximately want to estimate casual jogging and walking its OK.
Track your runs via GPS, map the route, or automatically uploaded to RunningAHEAD; one of the leading online running logs.
Workouts are saved as GPX files.
View and work with your RunningAHEAD running log.
If GPS feature isn't needed, then install HandyRunner Lite which is much smaller.
