SportMember is a free club software for your team. Team management and communication between coaches, club administrators, members and parents has never been easier.

The SportMember App has been developed to make your daily club life in your sports club easier. Get a quick overview of your membership list, plan events or resources in the shared calendar or manage membership fees and payments clearly with the help of the club software anytime and anywhere! When you create the next training or activity as a coach, members and parents can see who is participating at all times. Players get automatic push messages on their mobile phones reminding them to sign up, so you don't have to invite all members individually as a coach. Ratings and reviews

App has potential and some aspects are great but too many areas seem to be half-baked. For example if using the Booking function then customers can pay by credit card but it's NOT possible to refund them through the system. Refunds need to be made via another method e.g. bank transfer back to the customer. The Stripe commission structure is significant for small charges: it would be better to be able to use our own Stripe account but we are forced to use the Sportmember one.

SportMember is not opening since the 5th August 2026 update on my phone. Is there a way to install an older version?

I use SportMember for my club and for an academy that I am the lead admin of. For my club we have 18 teams and setting them all up has been a breeze. The level of detail and flexibility from this app is incredible. If you only want something to notify parents of training and match times with the location, this works perfectly, but if you want to also create an entire club hub with websites, calanders, payments, pitch bookings, social events and so much more, you can really go to town on this.
