I have many complaints. 1, losing my signal only during my turn or right after I take a shot. It won't count my shot and when my signal comes back I might only have 3 or 5 seconds to line up my shot and take it. I often lose my turn. Frustrating!! 2, You have to wait 30 seconds to minutes for ads to play. Frustrating!! 3, Not enough real people playing, mostly playing a computer. I like the game but come on. Fix it already! You know what the issues are. You've heard them over and over and over.

Playing this game I would rate it 5 stars, but I don't because it's quite irritating because you can't get get many prizes because no videos are available. Not only that, it's very rare to play a real person. 90% of the time it's only bots that's impossible to beat, and the always pot the balls in without hitting the edge no matter what angle the que is on, and every single turn they always only go counter clockwise all the way around the table.

It's a game that's designed for the "preferred" players. The opponent gets to break about 75% of the time, well outside the standard deviation, so it's not random. The physics model will also give favorable rolls and leniency with accuracy based on the preferred status of the player. That said, I've played about 400 games and won 69%, so the rigging isn't blatant, but it's there. That's all to be expected, though. The developer needs to keep paying players engaged. It's still fun.
