Ratings and reviews

Countless winning bets I never got to place due to app incapable app. The app is so slow it can take at times over a minute to pick out and place a premeditated bet. The lagging in general is frustrating, seeing the bets I've attempted to place but have not made in time due to the sluggish performance or the app is infuriating and now as a daily long time customer of sportsbet I have decided that after over year of reviews similar to mine and no action being taken I will cutting off sportsbet

Edit from 3 weeks ago. The app is getting slower and slower. I look for a bet press the arrow for it to expand down, and it keeps on delaying. I have to press multiple times for it to enter. I have to close and open the app every day. I miss bets because it takes too long to place a bet. It keeps spinning the circle to wait. It eventually places the bet but shouldn't take any longer. Dissapointing. I will leave a better review when this is all fixed.

You guys have improved the UI of the app. It's great. However, there must be something going on with your database coding or your servers, because this is the slowest betting app I've used in the last 10 years. Super slow, have to press the delete button 5+ times to delete a leg in a multi (and yes, I've tried it on different phones, so it's not my phone). I constantly have to restart the app. It's really frustrating.
