Ratings and reviews

The app is SOOOOO slow, sometimes takes minutes to load. Actually runs like it's on dial up. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still the same issue. I'm sure the amount of money that gets pumped through this, it would be a flawless app. Can't do the old "oh when it's busy it's laggy" excuse, Facebook and Instagram run fine...

Usually a great app, lately it's be so laggy, I click on something and need to wait nearly a minute for it to update, a mutli that should be a few clicks takes like 5 minutes to put together. Update, it was fixed and now nearly a year later its doing the same thing, also amazing you get free access to NBA games with a bet on, shame you can't watch it, Nintendo 64 had better watch quality.

The App has been running slow of recent times. I updated the app, it continued to run poorly. contacted customer service, they told me nothing was wrong, reinstall the app. poor customer service who don't listen to the punters, time to switch to another platform as they obviously don't care about their punters. been with sportsbet for over 10 years, very disappointing service.
