Ratings and reviews

Okay, but returns are an awful experience. I tend to be the same size in certain brands but for some bizarre reason, I noticed sizes didn't match up. Stupidly I then ordered the next size up to find it was pretty much the same (small vs medium). I am not a return type of person but now I am having to pay £8.98 to return two products/orders.

DO NOT order online. In-store no issues online worst ever. Rubbish customer service after, can't go in-store to deal with the issue as its online order. If I could give no stars I would. Bought a coat and when it came wasn't what was advertised. It looked exactly like it on the surface but it wasn't what was in the pictures and when I got in touch about it they did not want to know!!!! Shocking

It's a good app but it's slow. When I tap on something it takes at least a min to open while other apps it takes secs and I also ordered once a product and when the order was set after a month they told me that they didn't had my product while I thought they had lost it.
