Ratings and reviews

The new app layout is really frustrating. The "SGP" button is placed too close to the drop-down arrow when placing bets, making it difficult to choose the drop-down. The "Add 1 more selection..." pop-up is also quite annoying, as it covers betting selections at the bottom of the screen and gets in the way of navigation.

Absolutely terrible app! Was never able to place a bet because the app thought I was outside of the appropriate area; I live in Edmonton, Alberta, and was told that bets could placed from anywhere in Canada. Their solution was to reset my wifi and router, but that's not going to fix the problem. My husband had the same app and has 0 issues placing bets from our home connection.

Horrific experience. Withdrawal process is tedious, unclear, and slow. Customer service is awful. Game crashed right at the beginning of a jackpot spin I'd won - game shows as "unfinished" but crashes when I try to continue the game from the menu. Customer service keeps telling me it will be resolved in 24 hours, it's been a week now and every day they say 24 hours. This is very suspicious and shady. Stay away from Sports Interaction, use other betting sites/app instead. Untrustworthy.
