Despite having an active digicel monthly plan, I am unable to access any content on this app. I even tried subscribing to a weekly plan, yet I still have the same issue. I tried contacting customer service, but it's a waste of time. I've been using this app for years with no issue. I have no idea what changed.

I just subscribed to a one day plan today 15/12/24 to see cricket and up to now I am not getting access to any of the channels. The app seems to not even be working properly. The one day plan costs $0.99 US, yet $229TT was deducted from my account. This is robbery and I can not even get access to channels. What is going on Sportsmax? FIX THE PROBLEM NOW OR I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED!!!!

People are spending too much money for the content you put out. As a yearly viewer / customer recently, I have been experiencing the lack of intelligence you guys seem to have. For example, it is Champions League season and not one good game came across. Why are old football games showing when they are live games to be shown
