Apparently I don't have a subscription Despite paying for premium, Spotflux doesn't have any record of my email associated with any account. Still waiting to hear from customer support. Taking my money and not providing any kind of service. Is that okay?
Spotty connection Bought the subscription and after a while the entire app became useless. It doesn't even try to auto-connect anymore. And when I try to activate it manually it refuses to connect. And now I can't even sign in to restore my account. It says a user does not exist with my email. Super awesome service, Spotflux.
Was ok but.. It was so good in the trial period, but once I bought the premium it turned too slow, almost unuseful ! Edit: after many months of using another vpn, I came back to this app and found an improvement in the connection speed. So yes it is better than last year!
Doesn't work no response from "support" Downloaded the trial it worked well no problem connecting via the London server to iplayer and sky go didn't work on Netflix but Amazon prime was fine. Literally as soon as I upgraded my account to premium member the connection to iplauer and sky go failed. Still have amazon prime but that's it. Most of the time when connected to the Internet via London server the connection times out or is very slow. When connected via auto select US Internet is fine but obviously that's no good for UK streaming sites!
I paid $40 for an app that barely works! I downloaded this app for the sole use of watching the american based Netflix, it works well on my laptop but is completely buggy with my tablet... I was informed it was a great app through reviews so I got the trial which worked well, but the premium version is useless! It disconnects constantly, the support pages are non existent and I'm unable to watch more than one episode on Netflix using the american based VPN without it disabling itself for no reason! Very irritating...
VPN inexplicably drops and does not reconnect, despite having been set to do so. Thinking of dropping my subscription. Half the time I think I'm protected only to notice it's been dropped. It even shows the green icon sometimes but with no live VPN connection active, further confusing the situation. It's never really worked properly, on multiple phones. I'm currently on a recent model, very capable droid turbo. Shouldn't be having these issues. If things don't improve, I'm outta here. No more $ from me...
