Total rip off does not work. I paid in advance for parking in Boston common. When attempting to enter the garage, the system would not accept the scan saying that I was not registered. I attempted several times to rescan, hit the call button and got no response, and with a line of cars behind me had to pay with a regular ticket. Contacted their customer support, and received nothing but questions about whether I did it right. One would think they would know it was never used and refund the money

Really helpful to find parking with in and out privileges in Seattle when our hotel had only very expensive valet parking. My only complaint is that the app logged me out just when I needed to scan the qr code for my last exit from the garage. Fortunately no one was behind me and I was able to back up into a parking space to troubleshoot and get logged back in.

I tried to use the app to reserve a parking space in Boston. At the parking garage I figured out that the price quoted by the app was higher than it was at the parking lot. On the top of it the app also charge some service fee. The parking lot at that time was half empty so no reservation was needed. Even If it would, I do not understand how the app would help me reserving a space there. So, it makes no sense to use the app at all.
