Ok, I'm neither a cell phone neophyte, or a newbie to Chicago and lower Wacker/Water St. I drive into Chicago, on odd hours, to complete a professional obligation. Been spending $18 to $45 to park. Referred to Spot Hero.' This is where the hero ends! Looked up a value @ $14 to park on Saturday, couldn't find the friggin parking lot. Spent 20 minutes looking for the lot. Went to my usual Saturday parking lot, cost $18. Now to get a refund. They know I didn't use their service. Called Spot Hero's exceptional customer service number, apparently I need a receipt for the lot I used, to get the refund. Hell do I know where that is, those receipts are like toilet paper... who gives a rats ass about a receipt that is non tax deductible. But thru their POLICY, no receipt no refund. Ok, so for $4, I open my on line CC account, apparently the billing statement hasn't hit my CC Account three days later. They know I didn't use the spot. They insist on a receipt... per their corporate policy! Dear friggin god..... NO SPOT HERO HERE, IT'S MORE LIKE A SPOT ZERO! This is what you have to go thru to save $4 friggin.
