Poor rate information. Told me $10 but ended up paying $33. 2nd input Then they posted a response to my 1st comment telling to contact support which I did and all support told me that could use the app to extend my hours.
I used the App last year in Chicago and worked just fine. This month the App was not responsive and had to use the website. I reserved & paid for spot in NYC, went to garage but was overbooked. Then made/paid another reservation at different garage. Called customer service and they refunded the original reservation right away.
Got charged twice for same parking spot and was never refunded after sending email complaint. I got a reply and gave my two confirmation numbers but never got another reply. After successfully using the app once, the second time I got skrewed. I will not be using this app again.
The first time I used it, I found an easy to get to garage near the ball park. Was a lot better than using the subway and getting $10 off was great too.
App stopped working (could not get ref # showing I had paid) when I got to lot to pay and leave. SMH
I find the app to be consistent and stable. The barcode image is easily read by the scanners at parking locations. It's very quick and easy to navigate. I find the access to support through the app is easy, too.
