I love using Spot Heroe. The customer service is great! I had made a reservation. But then they told me they had to rebook another place that was twice as much and they payedcthe difference. I was contacted by a real person by phone to tell me . They left a message and sent an email confirming the new spot which was only a short ways away from the original. I had a question and called and was connected to a real person who could see all my info easily and was able to a swer me quick and easy.

As long as everything goes smoothly, this app is great to use. But I recently had an experience where I was unable to scan my code to get out of a garage in Jersey City. And a number of cars lined up behind me. I had to use my credit card to get out of there so basically that parking cost me double the amount it should have. I asked for a refund on their support email, but haven't heard back yet, which is frustrating. Edit: they responded and gave me a full refund after some time. No complaints!
