Poor rate information. Told me $10 but ended up paying $33. 2nd input Then they posted a response to my 1st comment telling to contact support which I did and all support told me that could use the app to extend my hours.
I used the App last year in Chicago and worked just fine. This month the App was not responsive and had to use the website. I reserved & paid for spot in NYC, went to garage but was overbooked. Then made/paid another reservation at different garage. Called customer service and they refunded the original reservation right away.
Great service! When I could not park in the spot I reserved due to a truck stalled out blocking the entrance I called the customer service number and not only did they remind me they found me another parking garage near my destination and picked up the additional costs.
I had a bad experience with a lot that wouldn't honor my reservation, and I was kind of upset that I spent 60 dollars for nothing, but drove up the block parked in another lot and emailed support and responded within 30 minutes and my refund was processed within the next 30 minutes. It's how you handle problems that shows how good you really are
The first time I used it, I found an easy to get to garage near the ball park. Was a lot better than using the subway and getting $10 off was great too.
When I got to the parking garage the barcode scanner would not scan..... And ended up having to pay much more for parking elsewhere..... I will never recommend this app to anyone 😡
