I used the free app for about 6 years, and I still recommend it often. I switched to premium about 15 months ago. I'm really happy with how I've been able to use different features to build a more intentional practice. I hope the free and premium versions both remain accessible to anyone looking for a versatile tool for self care.

I think this app is excellent! Using the multitude of offerings of guided and non-guided meditations, mindfulness, walks, journaling,etc. I am consistently (over 50 consecutive days) using the app. Beyond the guidance and affirmations, I find that it leads to reflection and insight. I recommend it to many people.

Wonderful app with endless amounts of talks, meditations, and sounds to help you. I use it constantly. I have gotten bone-conducting hesdphones to listen to sound therapy throughout my day. I have used it for so many years that I finally went for the Plus Subscription and love it even more. I truly appreciate how much is available for free though, and advocate for that continued benefit for all.
