we have great cel coverage, yet after about a week using the tracking feature stopped working. I reached out to customer service and was told to reset the collar by just turning it off for a bit. I did and the collar reset and began working fine again. Good customer service and follow up. I also used the free training session, it was very helpful. I've been using this collar now for about 6 months, my biggest issue is the battery life, need to charge it at least once during the day

This app would be a 5 except for its useless features which at times interferes with tracking. The pop-up that tells you 'tracking is still on' every few minutes is more than useless. You know tracking is on if you are tracking dogs. They tell the message informs you that you're using battery. Who doesn't know using an app uses charge? The èsðape record page is another annoying pop-up which often comes up when laying down your phone.

I checked this collar our for weeks before taking the leap and then waited 3months to review...get over the sticker shock and invest in peace of mind! Live on 2 acres, with massive trees, on a very busy street with lots of bikes, foot traffic, and cars 35-50mph. Customer service is great, the app works wonderfully, battery life great, training videos super helpful. Used it in different locations (1/2acre, 2 acres, and 10 acres)when we travel. Changed our pack's life, THANK YOU SPOT ON!!!
