I tried to cancel because I can't read it online due to cataracts. I stopped autopay a couple months ago. When a telemarketer called me around Feb. 3 I told him I didn't want to renew or subscribe. A few days later a charge for $14 appeared on my debit card. Now they say it will take a month to process a refund on what I consider to be a fraudulent transaction. Be very careful before you give these people any personal or financial information.

This place will steel your money. Signed up online, autopay online but can't cancel online. Called yesterday they can't find my account but they just tried to run another transaction autopay to my card. Just cancel me already. Online is convenient for the business but they don't care about you as an individual 🖕

Poor app. Old news and very limited at that. I had to find info about a semi crash in Auburn Hills on Google News which came from the Oakland Press! Not in their app. The story had little detail as well. I am installing this app now.
