Ive done every thing tech team has said to do and i cant get it to work at all now. Im very dissatisfied with my sprint service. I've also emailed them about issues and still nothing sprint for the past year and a half has really been going down hill with phone service and app service sucks real bad
I've had the same ringback tone for years and now it's saying my subscription is unavailable and will not allow me to subscribe everything is pointing me in the direction of possibly switching from Sprint they're not living up to what I've been receiving for the past 9 years
I have a subscription to the ringback services and they were working until three weeks ago and now they do not work at all. Technical support could not help me and they are saying that they see my subscription. Why am I paying for something that does not work???!!! BTW...Sprint Care sucks!!!
Doesn't work its the most ridiculous app purchased ring back tones and they don't work at all and sprint will not resolve the issue total waist of money
I had the same ringback tones go for several month's now they won't work and it said I am not a subscribed. I can't get it to work.
I recently replaced this phone and when I try to use ringback tones I get that there is an error in the service
