The app is shutting down as soon as you press on the icon. An error message will eventually come up telling there is a bug and to wait. I've seen other reviews and I'm not the only one having this problem. Tried using the T-Mobile app and get redirected to the Sprint app. There is no need to respond unless you have a legitimate resolution to this problem. ***Update*** The version you suggested is the version that is installed. I update my apps often.

Please delete the My Sprint application and go back to the Play Store and download version 6.31.032. This should resolve your issue, please let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.

I've been using this app for years and never had a problem with it. But as of recently it won't even open. The moment I select the app it instantly crashes. My phone says it has a bug and to update the app once one is available. Super frustrating because when I try to pay on the T-Mobile app it directs me to this app since I was a Sprint customer originally. Please fix this. It's made just paying my bill a hassle.

I've been using this app for years and never had a problem until recently. When I try to open the app, it says that the app has a bug and it immediately closes. What I had to do in order to fix the problem was uninstall the app and reinstall the app. I believe there was an update and instead of an update being pushed through, it was resolved only by uninstalling and reinstalling. Problem fixed. Bill paid.
