I have the same review as the others. Thank God I did my own investigating. My HTC m9 is getting traded back to sprint for a samsung galaxy s6 due to problems since the day I bought this phone 4 months ago. Google this phone type and there is rumor that HTC is going, under so just as well I'm getting rid of this phone.
had this app installed and tried to get it to work, app would sync but I could never get my synced contacts to display in the online portal, so deleted it. fix this bug and I'd gladly put it back & give it at least four stars.
Even though Google Play says this is compatible with my device, it isn't. I chatted with a Sprint tech and he said that it is not compatible with the S7, S7 Edge, S8, or S8+. It is compatible with the S6. I told him they need to update the Google Play Store. If you have the S7 or higher, do not install, it will not work.
Does not work Very disappointed that it said it saved all my contacts when in fact it did not. Especially since it was in my directions to use this to ensure I would be able to keep them.
Seems to cause conflict with Google app. Wondering if it's a ad that's causing this?
Won't Connect to Server Every time I attempt to use this app it remains on the "Connecting to Server" screen. Sucks!! Waste of time!!
