Equipped with video analysis tools essential for checking your running form. You can play imported videos in slow motion or frame-by-frame, and measure split times directly on the video. This powerfully backs up your practical analysis on the track, helping you check ground contact time, stride frequency, and practice times.

◆ Track & Field-Specific Calendar & Training Log
Record your training menus using sprint-specific categories like "Start/Acceleration," "Max Speed," and "Lactic Acid Tolerance." You can also easily input your daily condition (on a 5-point scale) and training intensity (%).

◆ Target Times Calculated from Your Goals
By working backward from your goal times for the 100m or 200m, the app calculates and displays the "target times" you should aim for in your daily workouts. Having a clear pace metric creates a positive tension in your daily training and supports rigorous reflection.

◆ Radar Chart & A-F Rank Evaluation
Visualize 6 different abilities—such as "Start," "Max Speed," and "Strength"—on a radar chart based on your 30m SD, flying sprints, and weight training results. It evaluates your current ability level against your set goal time using an "A to F" ranking system, allowing you to objectively grasp exactly what you are currently missing.
