Are you stuck on low vibration habits? This app is not going to solve all your problems but is going to bring hope and actual steps to guide out of any negative emotions you are facing. Marina is going straight to the point and helps you get unstuck of any negative self beliefs or emotions through guided meditations, healing sounds and a little of hipnosis. So far it has worked wonders for me. I used other apps before but Sprowt makes me look forward for my next meditation session. Well worth it

Delete account option is not working. Limited content. Issues with playback. Scrolling is very lagy. Overall it looks cheap.
