This service is so poor. One day after approving my kyc, I got another email telling me that it was rejected, and all of a sudden, I couldn't withdraw any money again from the app. On desktop, it doesn't even show that my kyc got rejected in the first place, yet it still accepts transfers, and the money just stays in the app.

For two weeks now I have been complaining about my transactions, several emails have been sent no solution , I can only view my money on transaction history but not on my available balance. Imagine they are saying they are seeing the money from their end but not visible on my end what a crazy and spiritual transaction. Just tired of this crazy things

VERY POOR. Initial use was very positive with transfers being almost instantaneous. HOWEVER, after the first trials with small amounts, the next larger transfer, some three weeks ago, has NEVER been received. The promised repayment, within 48 hours, has still NOT been made. TREAT WITH CAUTION!
