Link to supported hardware is imposible to find. Very limited support. Cant print with square, but every other pos app works with my printer. Dont bother if u need to print recipts and support is not very helpfull. 4 emails and still no answer, had to search google for ab answer
I've used square for almost 4 years. A month ago I would have rated them higher. I'll warn anyone who reads this, don't process large sums of money using square. They held my funds, and were impossible to get a hold of. It took me a week to get 20k put into my account and they terminated my account thereafter. I'm "high risk". I do not recommend square!
They holding my money and won't transfer it to my credit union saying my bank failed on verified. smh but at first It said it was verified now it's not watch one is it..Then I called the number need a customer number..Went to the web site to get one.. it's no way to get one. It's all bad
Good product however I've got a LG G5 with a OtterBox defender case. With this car the square is too big IF I have a customer that wants to pay I have to dismantle my case. I've lot business because of it being a inconvenience.. I'm sure with technology these days you can make it smaller as this is the original square.
The Square app kept crashing on me until I figured out that I should not have the magnetic stripe reader plugged in until *after* I start the app. Then when I plugged it into the headphone jack, the app did not crash but instead asked for permission to access the microphone. My first test transaction appears to be successful -- presumably I'll see the funds in the bank account in a couple days.
Best thing we have offered to our customers since starting our business over 20 years ago. Makes it a lot easier for them to go for the larger repair projects if they don't have to scramble to find cash or make sure their check won't bounce. Thanks Square!
