this platform has become super frustrating, my new chip reader is not responding while at an event! And the option to log a complaint with support is not available, because they only option is to troubleshoot, they won't talk to you. And the warranty is only one year, that's why I'm on my third chip reader. don't get me started when the app won't stay online either. its probably time to move on to a different pos system.

The desktop version could use some work. It's far too complicated to do simple things like load a subscription. It should mirror how we create items/categories. Everytime I want to do something useful it's like I have to go to pretty exceptional lengths of tabs, especially loading information. It looks but doesn't really feel user friendly as a business owner.

Fees keep going up, and taking payments gets harder and harder. Tap to Pay on my Samsung phone keeps failing. Says can't connect to hardware or something. There are a lot of complaints for the same problem from others. FIX IT SQUARE!!!! So then I have to manually enter the card, which takes forever, and charges me a HIGHER fee! Fix your app!!!
