Suzie I loved the old reader better. I don't understand all the updates. Also I have a Samsung pad not an ipad. When are you going to update being able to use my pad as a registar?
Maybe it's just me but I feel like a new update this frequently is just poor planning. The service works fine, no major issues but seriously, let's consolidate some updates here.
DO NOT USE This company operated in the shadows for years, I was concerned about giving them my bank account info, now my concerns came true, I repaired a guys air conditioning system, the unit was a piece of junk, but was blowing cold after my repair, much later he claimed not working good , it was old and bad shape, so he decides he wants his money back , 370 dollars, guess what square steals it from my bank account, claims it's in dispute , then sends a email saying they took money out of my account, all this took place before I was even notified about what was going on, so im emailing a guy in square disputes with the evidence to support my charge, seems one department does not know what the other is doing Update 11 16 17. Square did not submit my evidence during the dispute. I was told the dispute was NOT resolved in my favor. WOW I called and chewed them out. A hour later I get a email saying I'm getting my money back? What the heck? Seems after a manager looked it over they seen they didn't submit my photos of the repair to the other guys card company. WOW. So when you use these people they are not just doing transactions for you, they are also handling your business and very poorly I might add. So they claim my money is headed back into my account but the customer still thinks they won the dispute, what a cluster, update as of 2-16-18 they still refuse to show me the info they submitted for my dispute, trust me, don't use them.
Don't expect any help from anyone if you have any problems. You can't reach anyone on the phone and emails will go unanswered.
