Great app I own a small watch company & the square app has been a great way to get sales I normaly woudnt have & allows me to set up mobile staff to make sales for me. I have been using square now for over 6 months & I highly recomend it to any one considering using their service
Awesome app I have a small business I use this app. I like the register feature I can load all my stuff and just sale could with the push of a button. Really just starting to use it more now than when I first hot it two years ago so I can't quite say I love every feature yet.
Do not use if you plan on actually doing business Read all the limits first, if you plan on charging more than $3,000 at any time you will have to go through a lengthy "verification" process then have to explain to your customers why you have to return their payments. None of which is explained in the glorious overview and description of the app. - UPDATE- Just gave the app a second chance to see if the policies had changed or been updated. In order to take a payment they are still requiring a lengthy "verification" process
Easy, fair and fast Fair ( not cheap) , but fees are clear and you get a lot of benefits ( support, loans, fast access to $$ etc) ditch your current bank processor and sign up!!
Unresponsive Development Support In your description you mention, "We know it’s important to address customer feedback effectively". I had a question and your support has been 100% unhelpful. They did NOT respond to my specific question(s) and only referred me back to the documentation, which I have read thoroughly. My reply seeking additional information has gone unanswered. Very unsatisfied, and my company hasn't even been able to take a payment yet.
Works Good! Decent app and company. I use for email orders and money is transferred in a day or so. Only issue are the constant update nag notifications. If it isn't broken, why fix it? Lost a star for that...
I use this app all the time now the invoices stink Now this program makes you put all kinds of nonsense and just to send an invoice you try to lock the customers info and personal stuff when they do not want that and I do not want that in there I just want to send a simple invoice I use this app all the time and have made a lot of money for you make this easier without forcing us to put information in or I will have to use a different credit card provider
