Ratings and reviews

I use this app sparingly, maybe 4-5 time a month if that. However, there's one technical issue I've been having for awhile now. Everytime I attempt to put more money in, red lettering pops up saying there is a "connectivity issue". I've used data and Wi-Fi to try and get it to work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but that hasn't helped either. I almost can't use it at this point.

I do like the app and the ease of the product, but I will say that having to sign out EACH AND EVERY TIME is the worst time-consuming activity. I've updated the app, and all. This happens each time, and it freezes my phone. I do wish that I could have more than one account tied to my phone number vs. email. I would give 5 stars for that kind of service!

I've been very happy with the app in the past, but some things just do not seem to function correctly. The search transaction bar has been very flaky lately. Sometimes it works other times, it doesn't. There have been multiple days during the last few months where you will have to go 48 hours straight with malfunctioning send cash errors. I hope they get this stuff under control because I believe these bugs are fixable. I think this is a great banking app, otherwise.
