Makes me feel good about myself This app is so simple, and I already feel like I'm making sustainable changes! I was looking for an app around New Year's to help me eat healthier (I had tried many times to rein in my sweet tooth and love of Cheez-its...but to no avail), and I liked that this one focused on building easy habits. I've been working on eating no processed foods at lunch, and it's totally manageable! Plus, the app is formatted like a game, which is fun. Join with a friend like I did - we both love it! Highly recommended.
I really like this app because it takes such a simple, easy approach! My schedule is crazy hectic so I unfortunately don’t have the time to always be eating the healthiest. This app is all about the small wins. All you gotta do is just pick one habit and stick with it. Your one job is to just do that one habit regularly. And no matter how busy I get, I can almost always do my SimpleSteps goal. It’s really simple stuff like eating one piece of fruit. Also I love how sassy the app is! It’s actually pretty funny. I’ve already gotten my sister and best friend on it and they really like it too so I think it’ll probably work for a lot of people.
This app is wonderful! It helps me stay on track with lots of different things, like eating more fruits and drinking water. It is pretty simple, you just press one button and that's it. I like that it's personalized too.
