SRAM AXS app connects to your smart devices, enabling personalization of your bike - and ride. That includes configuring components the way you want, keeping a close eye on battery levels and exploring cross-category integrations. (Dropper post with a drop bar groupset? No problem!)

Ratings and reviews

Works fine and all but the features are extremely basic. The charge status of my derailleurn should be much more detailed than the little green indicator in the app. And there are zero setup features for adjusting the derailleur in the app...instead you have to go read the manual to remember how to make adjustments.

The app was very useful for about 8 months... Until it discarded all ride profiles except for the ones that were archived. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache etc. did not help so all useful ride history is gone and I cannot save new profiles either! Not impressed. I think calibration process could be made easier too. Great apart from these issues.

Despite what others have said recently about this app not working, not updating the component firmware, or bricking their components, it works really great for me. All functions of the app work with the groupset (SRAM Force eTap AXS) and I was able to update all firmware for my components without a single problem. It should be noted (and this may or may not have affected anything) I heeded the advice of one reviewer and disabled "Battery Optimization" for the AXS app in my phone's power settings prior to updating any firmware. Again, this may not have had an affect on anything but I felt it couldn't hurt as a precaution. A couple of things to keep in mind 1) keep your phone within range of the components and 2) don't let your phone go to sleep while the app is performing the update.
