About this app

There’s more to life than surviving asthma. Attack Asthma, Predict Asthma and Beat it.

We re-invented the peak flow meter so asthma patients like you can conveniently manage your symptoms and get on with life.

Why use Smart Asthma?

• World’s first AI forecast helps you prepare and prevent attacks

• The only system using CompEx events to detect your inhalers are not working

• Conveniently share asthma control data with your nurse/doctor in a few taps

How it works

• Personalised reminders to fit your lifestyle, to help give you back control

• Record Symptoms and Reliever inhaler puffs

• 3 colour zones tell you when you are getting better or worse

• The built-in Asthma Action Plan tells you what you need to do

• Follow the lung function of a loved one when they are not with you

Smart Peak Flow

The Smart Asthma app works best with the Smart Peak Flow device that measures your peak flow using light sensor technology and sends it to the app. It works with any smartphone, connects by the audio jack or our Bluetooth Adapter and is more accurate than normal peak flow meters.

The Smart Peak Flow device is officially registered and can be marketed in the following countries as a medical device:

First impressions are that it seems okay. The app is working well and the unit seems to work okay. I tested it alongside a normal peak flow meter and it was accurate. Edit. 23/5/2022 Had this nearly 2 years now. Had to have a replacement as mine fell apart but its still good. The app is great and it is really useful. There is a subscription model coming. Not sure how it will effect people who already have their device.

I love the app. It takes some getting used to and I wish they'd add pictures of the inhaler types or at least full generic names and a couple common private names. But the idea is solid and I'm glad I was an early investor :). I don't do my peak flow regularly now as the app helped me track it and get back in touch with my body. I've gone from the person who could never blow out candles, to managing meditative breathing to get out of a panic attack. For childhood asthmatics who love tech.

New to the product and app, but seems easy to use. Had trouble with the device plugged directly into my phone, but works fine via Bluetooth. Much smaller than the standard peak flow meter which is a massive bonus. Hopefully I'll start taking regular readings now which I never used to do with the manual device. Whether it helps with my Asthma remains to be seen.
