Installed and reinstalled multiple times Can connect with username and password through the web site just fine, but this app will not connect with the same username and password, no matter what I try (upper *and* lowercase username tried, nothing works). If not fixed soon, I will from now on consider this app to be worthless.
Cannot log in. Displays message "Something went wrong. Please try again." I've tried clearing cache and data. Still no luck. It is useless as of now. Update Oct-09-2017: Spoke with customer service and she advised me to setup online access again even though my access was working fine outside of the app. Tried it anyway. Still no luck. Same message. The app is complete garbage as of now.
Cannot login! I can log into the web page no issue but not the app. I used to be able to log in. Even then, when you update the toll mode to HOV, and you get an email saying it was changed, you still get charged!
Worked for the last year or so; I was able to change toll modes. Now login just spins and spins. Nada. Back to a horrible app once again. Worked again for a while. Now can't login through the app. Same credentials work on the website. Our government at work!
Works well for me for managing the account. Negative reviews probably from people who got fines.
Stupid app. Wants feedback every time you start app but when you press feedback nothing happens. Obviously made by lowest bidder. Toll mode changes don't take effect and I still get charged.
