New update won't work!😠 I have written to customer support/service, I have called them and still cannot log into the app. I have uninstalled multiple times, changed PW, user information, etc... and still nothing. It worked flawlessly before the recent update. I can still use the website but what is the point of that when there is supposed to be an app?
Worst app ever The old version worked perfectly. Ever since recent upgrade, it logged me out and I can't get back in. Tells me "Something went wrong. Please try again." At the bottom of the keypad. Went in and made whole new account yesterday at the suggestion of customer service after uninstalling and the reinstalling the app. Didn't help a bit as this morning it was doing the same exact thing. I can still log in through the website thank goodness. Not sure why the old app wasn't left well enough alone.
Not working on a droid This app is not working on the Droid but my partner has a iPhone and it works perfectly. So can you do something so it works on all phones. The old app was better
Terrible Doesn't change toll mode and only useful to check what current toll mode is. If you have to change it, then you have to open browser and submit change request there.
Password works fine on the website, won't login to the app. This app has been worthless since the "upgrade".
Barely functions App is useless. It has loading errors. I shouldn't have go on the website just to change to toll mode
