Obviously The Lowest Bid Won the App Development Contract #1. No place to update payment info or make a payment. #2. "No transaction data available" error when trying to see how much I'm being charged at each toll point. #3. App completely locks up when attempting to download a single monthly statement. #4. App won't remember my password even with the "Remember Password" box checked. #5. BOTTOM LINE: I'd lose my job in under 2-seconds if I was in charge of developing this app and it turned out like this piece of crap. Good enough for government work though.
If I could give it no stars I would I have never been able to use this app. Every time I try to log in I get an error message saying that my username and password are invalid but I can log in on their website with no problem. Billions of dollars in funding but something as simple as an app can't even log you in.
It has potential Problem fixed after two months. That's why only four stars.
Wow another government fail I have multiple cars on my list but won't let me scroll to change toll mode on them. What a fail. The mobile site is even worse.
