I got an error message that I don't fulfill the conditions for reward participation(JP SIM+resident of Japan), which is not true. After reporting, I only got the same useless reply 3 times as if generated by AI! Besides,the amount that can be withdrawn changed, the minimum being 100¥, the next possible amount 3000¥! The difference is ridiculous. Why not something in between? The reward points now expire every month, which makes it more difficult to collect them in time for payout.

this is fraudulent in South Korea, if you earn a lot of points they don't block you from earning points because it's beneficial for them.. But if you withdraw the points as balance to the bank account they have so many tough rules against the tiktok Lite users that it's impossible to withdraw. I have more than 35000 points and they have blocked me from withdrawing the points because it make them sick if I withdraw. and if I earn points they have no rules no matter you use the same bank account.
