Great for game music files, but needs updating. This app was perfect for all of the game format sound types from the "retro" systems, however the newest version of Lollipop has made it useless for .nsf and gb files as subtune cycling no longer works. Droidsound-E works and has a responsive developer.
Cannot loop forever Not to mention, subsongs are also wonky as the player only plays the first song in a set. NSF files for example have several subsongs in them.
Buttons don't work The next track button doesn't work for Nintendo or game boy files since those are bundled into single files. Super Nintendo files work fine since those files are split. Please fix for lollipop!
A good retro gaming music player I just use it for listening to retro gaming music. Works well in that regard. Would love to see it support N64 music.
Lollipop fix Please update to allow NSF sub songs to play
Its OK , but... I dont like how it just grabs a bunch of random files all over the phone/sd card and toss them in a list. I want a File Browser..I have a ton of SNES SPC files in a folder on my SD card and they dont show up in the Local Media list. I tried searching but still nothing..and its also not seeing a lot of other files. I got this to play SPC's, however, that's not even working. And one other thing, why is this app always running in the background? I close it, yet see it always running in task manager processes?
