The app works perfectly not until I applied for my first salary loan. When I tick the apply button it just keeps on loading until it gets back to the home screen. I tried it 2 days from now but it's still the same. I would love to give 5 stars if this will be fixed since we too badly needed that salary loan why we decided to apply.

It's a frustrating app and SSS should start fixing bugs. Sometimes you can't even transact/create contributions. This has been going on for a long time and yet they haven't had the chance to fix it completely? So what are we going to do? It's quite irresponsible and negligent of SSS, the ones suffering are the people, and yet they'll wait until they see complaints filling here. Other than that their PENSION BOOSTER does not show up at all! Really buggy system!

Your DAEM portal is completely useless and outdated! Why doesn't your system recognize modern digital banks like GoTyme properly? It's 2026, but your verification feels like the 90s. A simple file upload becomes a massive headache because it constantly rejects documents over petty filename errors and formatting. Fix this garbage, stressful system immediately. Absolute waste of time for members.🤨
