Ever since the update, you cannot view the complete details regarding your loans/account. The web version does not let you log in but on the app, it does even with the same password used. PRNs cannot be generated for loan payments. The walkthrough is for the 4.0.16 version but the latest update has a different version and layout. For both the web and the app version, they should not have made these live if there are still many issues surrounding it.

Very disappointed with this app. I just had my password changed thru the eGovPH app since I couldn't log in. Then, when i tried to log in this app using the NEW password i created, it doesn't work. I couldn't log in because the prompt is showing that i used incorrect user ID or password. And now my account is LOCKED. What the heck??! Very bad experience.

Very disappointed.👎👎👎 The OTP doesn't arrive within the time limit. It will only arrive when you close the link or when you try to request new OTP. The older version is much better. Hope someone can fix it as soon as possible. It will give big help for us (OFWs).
