Blind Screening: Choose Blind Screening to screen candidates without seeing their names or pictures. Tag the profiles that you’re interested in, and if the candidate tags you back, you’ll be able to see their names and chat in-app with them directly.
Free Job Postings: Post jobs for free on our regular jobs section. With SkillTagz, you only post the essentials for your position, including the specific skills and roles you’re looking for. We want our users to be able to scan for fit in 5 seconds. By eliminating lengthy descriptions (though if you insist on those, you can add a link to your description), you can finally upload jobs quickly and efficiently.
Crowdsource with Spotlight Jobs: For hard-to-fill positions, use our Spotlight jobs program to unlock the power of crowdsourced recruiting. You pay the same type of success-based fee that would otherwise go to a recruiter, except we give away the money to the candidate (70%) and the referrer (30%) instead, giving every user a powerful incentive to help you fill your position.
