Stack Exchange itself is infuriating. Always says answers are too broad and won't let you post them. Technical posts can be very broad an cover a wide range of territory. Its a waste of time and energy. You can't even ask the simplest questions without being told they are too broad.
Excellent app for an excellent website Stack exchange is a basic necessity for anyone who even so much as dabbles in coding. This very mobile-friendly app goes way beyond just making the site more accessible. All the UI is smooth and intuitive, and every feature I can think of in the site is included on the app. A++.
This app is very incomplete. :-(( It doesn't show the views on posts, it doesn't show latex in comments, it does not show the text in latex language below the editor as it happens on the site, it doesn't allow to edit profile, it does show the badges' info, data connectivity problem is always there. Actually it's not much user friendly. The site is absolutely great but app is not well doing. I think many users would have mentioned these issues before but still there is no response. I would love to see this app complete.
Not bad The application is all right at a UI level. But it doesn't send notifications properly and it consumes a lot of memory... For such a simple task! Could really be improved, 3 stars for now!
Great site great app This app is simple and easy to use but doesn't quite feel complete. The most glaring missing feature at the moment is the inability to view a question you're answering as you answer it. Still, as a substitute for when I'm away from my computer it does its job.
Absoloutly amazing. The SE websites aren't the best for mobile, so this is a huge setp up. It's also nice to be able to research on the go. (Recommended for any SE website user, but especially SO!)
Long time no see! We have been working on some exciting things which we will share soon, but in the mean time:
This is a small update which fixes our Google Sign In flow. You'll no longer be asked for unnecessary permissions when trying to sign in or register using Google, and the entire experience should be a lot more smoother.
