If I could rate it lower I would, in the entire time this app has existed I don't think it has ever worked properly at all, there's always something wrong with it: the app won't load, the map won't load, bus times not showing up, keeps logging me out, bus passes disappearing or having to be re-registered on my device then losing my pass because the transfer limit has been reached so I've had to buy a new one. Sort it out! It's ridiculous.

It's always been glitchy but it's worse than ever now. It says there are no routes in my area on the live map then the same on the journey planner. It freezes, crashes and is generally super frustrating. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it doesn't work any better. I notice that Stagecoach don't seem to pay any attention to these reviews so I won't hold my breath for it getting fixed. Luckily, I've never bought a ticket via the app and given how poor it is, I wouldn't recommend you do.

I've been using the app for about 3 years, and it's been always working well. Lately it's been failing to track properly the buses, but that may be due to the buses themselves and not the app. What led me to put 1 star is that this last update has broken the app, when you click any stop won't show the info, you close the stop, then open again and you can see the buses coming, but then you click on any service and it disappears, showing again no buses coming to the stop. Is rubbish at the moment
