Poor software for a great smart bike. We love the bike but the app is awful. At first we needed to use this app and the Stages Link website during setup. Now they got rid of Link and uploading a ride doesn't work. Also, we bought a $500 tablet to learn that the Stages Cycling app doesn't work in landscape orientation, making the tablet holder useless. Questionable choices in my opinion that lead to a frustrating user experience. It has the potential to be great.

I just got my Stages SC3 spin bike and have been trying to sync my ride to Strava. The power meter is working fine, as is the SC3 console, but syncing to Strava has been a nightmare. I've tried absolutely everything possible, re-pairing, zero reset, not turning on console, etc, over and over again. The only thing that works is to completely uninstall and reinstall the app and do a ride within a few minutes. Then it syncs fine, otherwise it is useless. Verified this many times. Needs fix ASAP.

Logged in, filled out info, and only got black screen. Tried on alternate device; crashes every time it's opened. Literally, does not work at all. Amazing that someone would develop and release such an app, making false claims on the website of compatibility, yet cannot even sync/use with their bike (sb20). Disappointing.
