Order pickup is fine but delivery does not work. I placed an order through the app, no driver picked it up, and I was not notified. The number for the North Loop location on the order page in the app actually goes to the Edina location. Once I got through to the correct location, they couldn't do anything and told me to contact the delivery service through their app, but there is no contact info
I have more trouble than success with this app. It won't let me use any other payment source than the 1st one I used. App freezes all the time/errors. Preset toppings for sandwiches are wrong (ex. crispy chickn says it comes with tomato but it doesn't and even if you select tomato in app they won't put a tomato on). With new app update, I can't login to my account because it says I logged in through a social media account and I need to do the same but there is no option to do so. Frustrated.
Functionality of the app is fine. Orders in the app however cost more for some reason. You're better off just going into the location and ordering to save the money.
