edit. fix came through recently. thanks! can't redeem any more because my phone doesn't have NFC and the UI doesn't give me any other option. hopefully fixed in an update soon. edit. developer support is excellent. a fix is pending.

Hi Craig. There is a 'scan code instead' option at the bottom of the red screen which is the alternative if you don't have a device with NFC or Bluetooth. Please press that and scan the businesses QR code to redeem your rewards. Contact us at support@stampme.com if you need further help. Thanks!

I love the Stamp Me app that I have available for my clients and they love it too as they don't have to worry about losing their loyalty cards since the loyalty card app is accessible from their phones. Also the quick communication from the StampMe team is second-to-none as they have been very helpful and quick with my queries.
