Programmed by slackers. This is an Android app, so the programmers can expect people to use a Bluetooth keyboard for sensitive, life-and-death information, yet they don't provide "Bluetooth support." Therefore, after writing pages of critical communication, the app will delete everything written just by turning off the keyboard, answering a call, or switching apps. Really unconscionable. Also does not allow you to see what has been sent. They are simply cutting corners.

Worked at first, but now every time I try to log in I get "There was a problem trying to communicate with the server. Please try again later" error message. Been this way about a week now.

The app closes every single time I try to open the health summary, or billing. No point in having the app.
