This is the 2nd time I've installed the app a year apart. The first time it didn't work, and now it brings me to sign in screen and doesn't allow a sign-in. I thought the bugs would be fixed by now. I only installed again to try Zelle, as the online banking also has an issue when you choose Bill Payments -- it states to login again or you have timed out. Lots of bugs even with their online banking with anything other than making a transfer or checking your account balances, So disappointing and frustrating.

Works great except for when I get a new phone. I had trouble signing in. I put in proper information and it wouldn't let me sign in. Had to go to bank and they said they would reset everything, but when I came back to AP I tried again and it worked. A little frustrating, this is the second time this has happened. But all in all great ap

Usually a very good and useful app, but this app has been crashing every time I open it for the last week. There has been no announcement of problems or when it should be up and running again. Was told that my phone is probably too old because of new technology to use the app. This is very disappointing. Will be uninstalling to eliminate wasted space on my phone. With a new phone I have finally been able to use the application again. Happy to not have to go to the branch again.
