That’s why every feature in the Stanza Living Residents App, whether a staple since its inception, or the latest addition, is designed keeping you, our residents at the very core of its existence. If a feature is not in any way making your stay in the residence more comfortable, if it’s not helping your voice and opinion be heard more clearly, if it’s not taking over the responsibility of a couple of things on your checklist, it hasn’t made it to the final cut. Basically, the features owe their very existence to the residents.

The app now single-handedly (metaphorically speaking, of course) not only smoothens out any wrinkles in the daily schedule of fifty thousand residents but also offers them an inimitable easy in having a personal interaction, and receiving personal attention from the brand.

The present gen app has a few new delights for the residents, and also a couple of rehauled ones.

The first feature that got itself a new superhero suit is the Food Section. It now gives the residents an option of ordering meals from our cloud kitchens’ A La Carte menu. They can also plan their weekly menu, get a say in what they’re served and plan their weekly menu. They even get advance notifications of new dishes being introduced, their next meal order’s status.

We don’t believe in making you, our residents, stand in queues. That’s why the booking and onboarding processes now start and complete in the digital world. At the command of your fingers, you get to fill every detail, decide and choose your room, your set of services and you’re your payment mode. So from paying the booking amount to check-in on their first day, now every step of the onboarding journey leaves only a digital footprint.

The transparent and coherent steps of the process also let you fill-up the details, make payment of outstanding fees, sign the agreement and then upload the KYC documents all here. The feature also enables you to modify your personal information, but even your package and VAS services before you decide to pay the first rupee.

And oh yes, we’ve given the app a pretty cool makeover too. It now not only looks smarter but also behaves smarter. You’re sure to appreciate the experience of interacting with the ‘new’ app.
