This is a very smart app. it never opens when you make an order and about to pay. it restricts you from getting the points. once you pay it will open. almost as if its a practical joke. I have experienced this almost everything. so so disappointing!!!!!

The app hardly ever works. It always wants you to log in and when it does work, the login process takes 2-3 mins.

I went to Deerfield mall Starbucks.. but the Cree name Fabiola got my attention.. I think she fell lazy this day or it just her habit.. I want to order for a cold coffee.. but I forgot the flavor then I ask for the catalog or the menu apart from the board but the only raise here hand to the board.. so I go on cos I understand that she dont want to assist me.. but I only order for other cos that only o remember.. @StarbucksDeerfieldmal poor service
