Terrible; had to re-enter my order multiple times, the order never generated on my account, and when I called for help they couldn't do anything even after taking my $. What's more, the gift balance I applied wasn't used, and I found out afterward that the gift balance cannot be used for delivery at all. the gift card was the only reason I got the app in the first place, and trying to use it ended up costing me almost 2x as much as it was actually worth. 0/5, and the helpline was useless.

App crashes a lot. payments never work. you have to go through a long process of adding money to your account before buying anything, so you either have to let Starbucks hold your money, or go through a lengthy process to order ahead. But in my experience it hardly ever works. it will let me store credit card information in the app, but won't let me buy things from them with those cards.

In my opinion, this app is fine, works well, but my biggest peeves are that the option to order in store or through drive through is either too small or just not obvious. Unlike most other food apps, the option is big or a required separate section you have to fill out, whereas this app just assumes. Secondly, there is no cancel button. I made a mistake in my order and had to call the store to cancel, which is just it's own separate pain I didn't feel like dealing with. Will update if changed.
