I used to go to starbucks all the time when I was younger. But with the cost of everything it’s simply not possible. I do however still just get the like occasional treat. And the rewards system really help saving some of my hard earned dollar as well. I personally didn’t have any issues whatsoever with the app, no crashes, no payment issues. I also like that this way you can super easily just look up the seasonal specials!

It annoys me beyond measure that every time I set my order to "drive-thru," the next time I order it defaults to in-store. I'm legit beyond LIVID about it, because in a fast-paced, busy world trying to get to work, I have to double check every time that my settings are correct. And that may not seem like a big deal, but when I set something to a certain thing, I expect it to STAY THAT WAY. Now I have to find parking and run in for my order, and at my local Starbucks, that is next to IMPOSSIBLE.

love the app. love how I get free drinks. one thing I want to ask is if the company could make something for people who forget to scan. for example, they can use the sticker on the cup of their drink and type in the details. the app could use that to put points into their account so no one misses out on their stars. maybe a code on each sticker to help redeem lost stars? I know if i ordered through doordash and got my drink, I would still like to get SOME stars for that purchase. Just a thought.
