Switched phones, reinstalled the app, logged in — and poof, everything’s gone. Cards? Gone. Points? Gone. Years of loyalty? Also gone. I guess Starbucks took “fresh start” a little too seriously. Incredible how a billion-dollar company can’t figure out how to link an account to, you know, your actual account. Maybe next time I should write my points on a napkin — it’d probably be more reliable. Thanks for the coffee, Starbucks. Shame about the tech. And the trust.

It's unable to find location and manual entry still does NOT work, wasted over 30mins trying to figure out how this works. Even ZUS app works IMMEDIATELY without this nonsense. It's no wonder how Starbucks is going to loose out with just this very basic issue alone. Uninstalling this app now!

Very disappointed with Starbucks strategy. I aim to redeem my point for a drink, but unfortunately expired. Don't you think you need to preserve the small amount of customers left that support you? Whether your top management totally don't care or just plain stupid. For the past 6 months, every single time I buy Starbuck drinks, the taste will always change (for the same kind of drink). Very weird and annoying. From today onwards, you lose another loyal customer. What a disappointment n disgrace
