I hope they enable the feature to take a screenshot of the QR code so you can still pay if there are issues with the app/internet. It happened to me thrice already when I'm at the counter, and the app just wouldn't load, or I couldn't log in. The app just logs you out despite ticking the "keep me logged in" box. I ended up paying out of pocket each time without earning rewards. It's also inconvenient how you need to input your username & pw each time. Please add a biometrics feature.

Horrible. Top-up stole from me. I used this app to top-up using my credit card. It deducted the amount but my credit did not increase. I reached out to support through email since this app did not have a way to contact support. It has been a month and they have not refunded me or credited me for the amount deducted. This app also used to support grabpay natively. Now it does not and i had to use the grabpay mastercard number.

App too slow to respond.Its annoying. The application's responsiveness is a significant concern, often leading to frustrating delays in user interactions. Swift improvements in responsiveness would greatly enhance the user experience, making the app more enjoyable and efficient to use.
