It's useful (when it works) because we can order in advance, do our card top up while on the move. Unfortunately it doesn't always work - sometimes I cannot input a gift/new card into the app, sometimes I can't order because the previous order is still active and "pending" despite its completion weeks prior. Customer support exists but you get it only after a patient wait. The posted customer service phone number is obsolete.

My stars were wiped out after the update, hence I tried to re-login. Sadly now I'm being locked out of my account even though I entered the correct password, and the "forget password" option to reset the password doesn't work at all. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I must say, the last update created more bugs and didn't fix anything at all.

Really need to feed back on this "you can only make up to 2 orders at one time" which i try to use the dine in orderinh function. The issues is old orders after completed just never go away, no matter how many times i click on view orders. which then after 2 orders cannot do anything anymore. If starbucks only want 2 orders from me then i am fine. Else please work on some intuitive option to clear the cache.
